Do all your products have pictures?
Most of our products will have pictures so you may be able to view what your team looks like. If you don't see your team in the pictures we recommend checking the drop down box located next to the shopping cart button. If you still do not see your team please contact us and we will check to see if your team is available or temporarily out of stock. Products that are temporarily out of stock may have their pictures and option removed from the selection menu.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. If there is no damage to the product and you have all the original parts and accessories, simply contact us and let us know you wish to return your item. You will be asked to place the item in the original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us within 30 days of the original date of purchase and we will process your refund within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Are your products licensed?
Our products that bear the logo or insignia of an official team or college are all licensed. The manufacturers have obtained the appropriate licenses to reproduce specific items for sale on grillsport.com by the NFL, MLB, NASCAR, NCAA, NBA and NHL. The Licensed manufacturers are Rico Incorporated, Siskyou Gifts, Team Sports America and Fan Mats. All of these reputable manufacturers will only conduct business in a wholesale capacity to licensed businesses possessing the required permits and licenses.
Do your products have a warranty?
All warranties are provided by the manufacturers of these products and we will be happy to help you in filing a claim if needed. Each product has a different warranty and the type of warranty should be listed on the page advertising that product. Some items may not possess a warranty, however if the item is defective, grillsport.com will step in and reimburse a valid claim where the manufacturer may not. If any item is damaged during the shipping process by the carrier, a damage claim can be filed with the carrier for reimbursement or repair.
How soon do you ship my order?
Grillsport.com will have your order shipped between 1 and 5 business days based on the availability of the item and the high volume of orders during certain times of the year. Our orders are filled in the order they are received and every effort is made to ship each order within 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders are placed through UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. We do this because UPS ground provides the most cost effective shipping that includes tracking and guaranteed delivery. We choose this option to protect your shipment.
