Shipping Policy

Grillsport.com initiates the shipping process in the same day received for all orders placed between 9:am and 3pm Monday thru Saturday. Items are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise directed for a specific product. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. unless otherwise contacted and given an address for the party to be billed, special circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Grillsport.com. Standard Ground Shipping is free on all items within the continental US for all orders without a minimum amount required. Special shipping requests that require any other type of shipping other than the standard shipping provided are not included in the free shipping offer and will be calculated at checkout.

Grillsport.com will not use any cookies or programs to obtain personal information about our visitors or customers. The records kept by this site are related to the number of visitors to this site and items viewed so that we may improve this site based on statistical information.

During customer initiated contact with us, we may require some personal information to complete a transaction or to provide services to customers such as but not limited to returns, or to assist in a claim that may fall under the warranty of a product. Grillsport.com may ask for such information as name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other additional information as it may pertain to the requested service to be provided. Any information provided will only be used for the purpose of providing the requested service by the customer.

Grillsport.com does not sell or make available any customer information to a third party without the express consent of the customer. When dealing with a claim on a manufacturer’s warranty or other claim involving the products of a supplying company, Grillsport.com may request to provide your information to that company only in the process of obtaining a refund or to facilitate a return. 

Grillsport.com may contain links to other web sites that are not under its control. The Privacy Policy and all other policies listed on this site only apply to this site and Grillsport.com is not responsible for the web sites maintained by third parties. Please review the Privacy Policy and other policies of third party web sites you visit. 

Return Policy

Grillsport.com is dedicated to the satisfaction of each customer for every sale. Our Return Policy is an extension of our Good Neighbor Policy in an effort to ensure every customer is satisfied with the product purchased. Excellence in customer satisfaction is our goal in every transaction, even when facilitating a return.

Grillsport.com will accept returns for a full refund on items that are not damaged and in new, resellable condition in the original packaging and a claim process is initiated within 30 business days from the original date of purchase. Customers are not required to provide an explanation for the return unless the product has been damaged or mishandled. For any return to be considered, all original parts and accessories that are included with the sale of the product must be included. When possible, it is requested that the product is placed back in its original packaging. If an item has been opened and is no longer in new condition, the customer will not be eligible for a full refund and a %15 restocking fee will be assessed. A product purchased and received by a customer that has been altered or damaged can not be returned and is not eligible for a refund. Grillsport.com does require the customer to incur the cost of shipping in the case of simple returns. In a claim where grillsport.com is responsible for shipping an incorrect item, shipping and handling fees may be provided to the customer to return the item at no expense to the customer. In the case of a claim on a warranty where the item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer or to grillsport.com the shipping expenses will either be provided for or reimbursed by grillsport.com or the manufacturer as appropriate. Accepted returns will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the item being returned.
